Information organization and Access (IOA) Master Courser
The 4-Day IOA Master program is about "What is IOA?" plus "How to implement IOA?" The IOA Master program combines the IOA Practitioner and the IOA Specialist program which covers the implementation of programs and projects, and related tasks such as the business Case for how "IO" leads to better "A"; defining the problem and planning the project; building the right team; user analysis and scenarios; content inventory, aggregation, and analysis; taxonomy, metadata, and content modelling;, architecting a standards-based content/data model; tagging and content organization models; optimizing information access tools; improving findability; governance; and maintenance and management.

Participants will use their newly gained knowledge to plan, design, and implement an IOA project based on case study exercises and expertise learned from this 4-day program. Participants will become AIIM IOA Master (IOAm) after passing the online examination and case study submitted to AIIM.
